Product Details

Known as “wiggle board,” flexible plywood features ultra-thin core veneers oriented in same direction, allowing consistent bending along one axis. Thickness ranges from ~2 mm to ~40 mm in standard 1220×2440 mm sheets, grade BBCC. Become rigid once glued or veneered after shaping 

Advantages: efficient alternative to curved form work; time-saving, cost-effective; holds shape firmly. Ideal for bent furniture parts, curved wall panels, architectural elements and decorative pieces .

It is used in the manufacture of furniture, such as cabinets, cupboards, tables, and chairs; as well as interior decoration, such as ceilings, wainscoting, and floor linings; it can also be used in concrete formwork and building components; and in the vehicle manufacturing and packaging industries.
